Good morning nostr, its a nice 57F right now, and should get up to 88 later. Today we'll be getting a few things ready for visiting family this weekend, and i need to check the cabin to be sure its ready. I'm glad i precooked a big batch of beef, then shredded it and put in the freezer last week. It'll be for making shredded beef tacos. I made this before and everyone loved it, along with some avocado sauce to go with it. Anyway, i gotta get busy.
