I have a a few million satoshis on exchange, not much to some but should I invest in a cold storage wallet? Or just keep on the exchange?
I don’t plan on spending for 10 to 15 years.

For a few million sats I would generate a wallet offline (maybe with an old phone), export xpub to a mobile one and keep the deedphrase safe.
I mean, a cheaper but safe way.
Up to you but I never trust an exchange. Too much can happen overnight.
As a Canadian I have had access to multiple exchanges limited, wallets banned, some coins restricted etc
I prefer an inexpensive hardware wallet but if you have a PC or phone you can find a free wallet app with a little research.
be wary of the minimums and fees when using exchanges as well.
Keep stacking tho, it’ll pay off
