Hey desk-sitting workers - is there an affordable office chair with good ergonomics that you'd recommend?

Not looking for a standing desk anytime soon - I'm on my feet doing martial arts & weight training for at least 6 hours per day.

I struggled to find one that worked for me. I would always have back and neck pain and whatnot, bad posture, etc. this was the one that finally worked for me
