Valid question/concern and proposed solution.
What I’ve found is those of us that greet our community at the beginning and end of day are not as concerned about “location id” as the rest.
Another solution is simply using a VPN in particular with multi hop and choosing countries not close to one another.
For me personally, I’m already doxed enough “out there” that me saying GM isn’t going to end me up in jail…not that I think LOL.
But certainly if I became more concerned about it, I might stop doing that or create an anon profile then it wouldn’t matter especially if I used a VPN as anon.
In short for me, it’s a micro risk and I’d rather error on the side of being friendly than concerned if I’m going to be identified or otherwise get into trouble for saying good morning
