There’s literally a cottage industry of handicapped people trying websites and then filing lawsuits under ADA. Over 3,200 lawsuits were filed last year.
I believe it’s a matter of statutory damages, but not sure.
There’s a blind guy who’s a regular one one of my sites. When he hits me up I stop everything and try to address his issues. You don’t want to fuck with the ADA!
