The only thing i not like in NOSTR currently is that everyone begs for Zaps.... i would recommend everyone to block people that just beg for zaps.... saves you time because they do not provide any meaningful content.

How to stop it? There will always be beggar. The fact that no one can censor them is part of the beauty of Nostr.
just saying with that dont feed the beggers.... agree you cant prevent it... but a block should solve it very quickly :-) (at least what i do)
I don’t think block works for this. There is no cost to create accounts and beggar accounts usually have no contents. Global is Wild West with no rules. I would just build feed by choosing whom to follow.
i disagree, in the beginning of a new social network you should follow as many people as possible, this boosts who can see news/notes a lot. Also brings more people in because they see some action. But if they face only baggers/gold diggers that is a problem. Therefore it is much better to (in case you did) unfollow those people, then block them. In this case new users dont have to do as much work.
