Raw Egg Shake

* 2 raw eggs (12g protein)

* 1 banana

* 500ml of milk

* Optional: Dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder

~18–20g protein

Optional: Add a tbsp of peanut butter.

Pro tip: Let your bananas ripe for that natural sweetness.
