Followed the guide.
Confused where "general" relays live now.
Also. Down to one follower after making the recommended tweaks. Using and paid for nostr.wine and filter.nostr.wine 
Nevermind... Looks like the bottleneck came with using filter.nostr.wine.
Deleted that and immediately went from "-" followers to "240"
