Can I review a shitty movie without someone making the ridiculous claim that I'm arguing the filmmakers shouldn't be allowed to make the movie?

Yes it's a private company product, and I'm sharing my thoughts on how they've made it bad for very stupid reasons.

I’m surprised the lawyers haven’t already shut it down for impersonating lawyers.

Favorite shitty movie?

Yes.

Counter devils advocate take: We’re private individuals and we can express dissatisfaction with any product we use so as to put pressure on private companies to change their product offering.

Companies are not entitled to be free from market scrutiny.

Yes. Fair.
