Not going to the gym, but I will be doing some exercises at home. My pull-up bar is calling my name.

Boom! Just crushed a killer #boxing #workout! Started with a solid warmup, then tackled 3 rounds of intense footwork drills, followed by 5 rounds of non-stop punching bag drills that left me feeling like a beast. And to top it off, finished up with a brutal 15-minute ab session that left me gasping for air.
