Replying to Fungible

The sending false or threatening communications. Is for things like bomb scares. If you threaten to blow things up or phone in bomb scares is that free speech in the US?

Bomb threats are illegal. That falls under specific and credible violent speech “False communication” by this he means “misinformation” is not.
