You can say “I’m going to fucking murder you” and that’s usually protected speech. Depending on circumstance.

But if you said “I’m going to fucking murder you John smith and I’m going to do it right after you get out of work at the Wendy’s on Cicero ave tomorrow”

Then that’s not.

Sometimes we can be in denial about the hard things we had to endure. Our brains do that to protect us.
