Kind of hard when I’m in a 2&1 roster trying to bring in food.

Lunch is usually boiled eggs and some heated meat with cheese & hot sauce.

You can get steak to order every night but it’s so hit and miss and it’s rump steak so fuck all fat, mostly tough as anything.

Tonight was roast lamb that was dry as a nuns nasty.

I just want scotch fillet and eggs for lunch and dinner…….

Bring on my r&r already.

My faves are beef stew (beef, butter, salt, water) in instant pot

and surprizingly airfrier works OK for solid (not awesome, but quick and solid) steaks.

I’m in a remote construction camp for 14 days where all food is provided and cooked in the camp mess halls. It’s all bulk dishes because they have to feed a thousand people every day in the space of a couple of hours.

Carnivore options are limited.

Not only that I’m surrounded by bulk carb dishes everywhere.

It’s different when you’re at home, but when there are trays of all kinds of stuff there it’s hard to explain the constant temptation.
