Short term BSO can be beneficial, but any prolonged use will build up linoleic acid in the body.

Curcumin, CoQ10, K2 is safer for anti inflammatory, antioxidant properties.

For antimicrobial effects, I'd probably start with lactoferrin.

If you needed an antimicrobial that passed the BBB, like BSO, I'd probably opt for quercetin, curcumin, and rosemary extract.

Pair that with lactoferrin to include the GI tract into treatment.

You need to combine K2 with D3 for the K2 to fully blossom.
