Try a little nap or a short walk. You might need one of those brilliant chemicals like dopamine or serotonin. Be sweet but sugar don't eat. :)

Love those chemicals 😂 i think in this case, it is cause i sat in meditation for a while this morn and some uncomfortable feelings came up so my mind wants comfort and was yelling so at me 🫠a short walk is def in order 🫡
