How much gold would you offer Satoshi Nakamoto to dump a million bitcoin once this reserve is created?
In 2014, I could buy and do anything I wanted to do paying directly with bitcoin without any ID, which was great since I was debanked in 2010 and had a $657K tax levy and a revoked passport. Today? I drive for hours to plead with people to sell me dollars so I can eat.
Wow! Discussing my first book in my Cryptonautica Series with Derrick J in the summer of 2014, we imagined a screen adaption as a way to onboard ticket buyers. Me, The Bitcoin Storyteller since 2011 was banned, disappeared and imitated with imposters. But the idea remained. If that is not a beautiful picture of what Bitcoin does, Idk.
I was being sarcastic.
Trust but verify. You could ask Nick Szabo, Fran Finney or Adam Back who I am. Don't ask Bruce Fenton as he'll just say "Disruptive" and that is too vanilla these days.
I've been at this since 1979. Were you even born?
I've been a freedom fighter and civil disobedience activist since I was 12 in 1979. Yes, I've been successful. However the rate at which people become stupid, lazy and forgetful out paces me.
Lol. See? I meant Bitcoin adoption generations.
We are talking beyond each other.. Probably a generational thing. 🕊️
Idk David Sacks but Michael Saylor is not the hero he thinks or has convinced others he is. He's a product of "the value of bitcoin is it's price" with never even a nod to any of the four Ps.
When the dystopian fiction I write seems more plausible than reality, life is definitely weird. Glad I gots my faith and my dog.
nostr:npub1jpm8n0ufr0qxqlcv94h6e7j7e2ujekdk0t950nu4cwpp8rjsju3qjcrl75 just shared a screenshot of Elon Musk saying Ross will be freed too, as in during the next round of Executive Orders tonight. It's crazy how hard everyone wants to believe.
No zap needed. I gave you a wut fer.
As one who has not had hopes in politicians, or The State, since I was twelve, I'm a bit envious.
Pick yourself and brush yourself off and get a good night's sleep. Tomorrow, go to the bank and close all your accounts, then run up all your credit limits, taking what has been taken from you, and opt-out. If you pay one cent, henceforth, to The I Ruin Souls gang, with any part of the fruit of your labor, you are now culpable. Just as self-custody is required to own bitcoin, personal accountability is required to own oneself.
#2 is false
I remember the day I had my mind changed about the death penalty by a school peer who was also taking Dr. Diane Harvey's Ethics course at Menlo College. It was a big deal to change my mind about such a firmly held belief. He was not a libertarian but he appealed to my views about The State. When I tried to slide in "yeah, but they aren't innocent", he got me with, "You believe only Jesus was innocent.". He won me over by appealing to First Cause Principles as I applied them to my own life. Pretty powerful.
