The answer is simple. If you want ephemeral identities, you need to pay up, because money is the only thing that is meaningfull to the other party since you decided to rule out any other vector of judgement.

Or in other words: reputation is capital, and since you forgo that capital creation you have to come up with some other type of skin to put into the game.

Its obvious, why are people breaking their pretty heads over this; you can't have your cake and eat it as well 🤷‍♂️
