Replying to Avatar Freezy

Sitting here studying a patent thinking about how to make sure my potential product doesn't violate it .. and I'm becoming increasingly convinced that a system which allows for claiming intellectual property of quite generic 'inventions' is a net negative.

Probably even more crazy is that it's possible to patent math .. as was the case with Schnorr signatures up until the patent ran out in 2008.
