The Absolute beauty of village life. While it was a sunny hot summer out in the city, this valley called kopak in Surkhab district of Logar Province was absolutely stunning. A villager spread this carpet with cushions & pillows for us under the apricot trees. The temperature here, unlike the city, was very low & it felt like one of those chilly spring days. We ate apples right from the trees & fresh raw yogurt with eggs brought by the same local villager.

In #Afghanistan, when you go outside the cities & enter any village across the country, you need not to worry about food, shelter & security, it is one of the oldest cultural traits of Afghans which is still intact throughout most of the country.
