Can NOSTR be used to coordinate social services for people experiencing homelessness? We sure think so.
We have an ongoing project at PathCheck to develop an entire Nostr-native collaborative case management tool for social services that focuses on the homeless community. The goal is to break the data silos each providing agency has and help medical and social personnel from separate organizations collaborate in the same "patient" record. We are actively looking for funders and supporters to start building the tool with our partners on the ground.

De plus si je me rappelle très bien sur quelques notes dans nostr au début avoir lu que nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z lui aussi a été formé dans le domaine médical...en plus de ses compétences techniques dans le domaine informatique....rien qu'en situation d'observation et d'analyse de certaines notes on peut se rendre compte de certains maux qui se reflètent puisque nostr est un espace qui permet de jeter tant de difficultés de nos pairs qui m'est avis ne sont pas confiés à des proches, aidants ou à des professionnels qui pourraient leur apports un autre regard
