Can NOSTR be used to coordinate social services for people experiencing homelessness? We sure think so.
We have an ongoing project at PathCheck to develop an entire Nostr-native collaborative case management tool for social services that focuses on the homeless community. The goal is to break the data silos each providing agency has and help medical and social personnel from separate organizations collaborate in the same "patient" record. We are actively looking for funders and supporters to start building the tool with our partners on the ground.
