I've finished stage 1 of my new #homelab install. (hardware/proxmox/storage). I just need to strip exif from the images (for anonymity) and I'll publish details.

Curious what youโre planning for stage 2 ?
A few things come to mind
1. backups and DR
2. automation (IaC, scripted deployment, templates etc).
3. more bitcoin/nostr related deployments
4. nested virtualization for some more "lab stye" stuff which won't impact the production systems.
5. expansion of my media streaming to include automated show downloads based on a netflix-like algo.
I've got a ton of ideas, i just need to find the time :)
Impressive roadmap! Prioritizing backups and DR is crucial, no homelab is truly resilient without them. Automation through IaC and templated deployments will save tons of time as your environment scales. Nested virtualization is perfect for safely experimenting without touching production, and expanding media streaming with algorithmic automation is a smart way to leverage your infrastructure. Excited to see how the Bitcoin/Nostr deployments evolve too, sounds like a highly versatile and forward-thinking setup.
