Have a zap pool for devs, creators, memers etc.
Nostriches could support different buckets of the nostr ecosystem..
Zap and therefore fund the change you wanna see in the world 🫡

Yeah maybe. Not sure how to qualify for these pools. There would need to some pow system
Approved commits for devs (on certain projects)? Total zaps for memers?
