Im a huge fan of strict carnivore diet for a few weeks every year. Personally I still eat vegetables here and there i just don’t focus on them.

My big “do not eat” list are pretty much all the grains and anything highly processed (if i don’t recognize all the ingredients immediately)

I fully support not eating any American what bread since it's usually utterly cheap shite with essentialky no fibre, low protein and sometimes added suger. In short: hyper-pricedsed.

Cutting out sugars, especially non-natural liquid sugar sources is good. Same with most sweeteners (minus Stevia, it's natural and rather pleasant).

I do however recommend eating your nuts.

Raw Pecans & sprouted pumpkin seeds are my go-to.

Pumpkin seeds are a good source of Omega 3. Haven't tried sprouted.

If you bake them, it damages the omega 6/9s making them less helpful. Still a good source if minerals. Costco sells them raw/sprouted btw

Why Omega6? Omega 6 is pro-inflamatory, we usually get more than our fair share from grain oroducts (bread). I never understood why there's supplements for Omega 6 on the supermarket shelves...

Omega-3 is good, as it's anti-inflammatory.

I agree that we don’t need to be supplementing omega6/9 but i just meant I’d rather not them if they’re damaged. Omega 6s and 9s are delicate and are easily damaged by heat (and oxygen)

We’re better off eating less of that for sure.

I want my Christmas cookies!!! 😂

Ill make an exception!!!

Some grains with a low glycemic index are good.

I agree - the food pyramid was a lobbyist tool. Corn and dairy are still subsidized.

The meat industry is the most subsidized.
