I follow a mainly carnivore diet mixed with a little bit of keto on occasion which means I’m already used to no/low carb and no/low sugar. I’ve been fasting for nearly 1.5 years so my body has built up a tolerance to it. I feel as though my diet and practicing this for quite some time has afforded me the ability to do this relatively well. I make sure I drink lots of water and have a pinch of nano baja gold mineral salt or Celtic salt every so often throughout the day especially when feeling hungry and sometimes weak. I did two heavy workouts yesterday during the 3rd day of my fast and did feel lightheaded getting up from the leg press both in the morning and evening but was quick to breathe and drink water. After the 85 hour mark I did feel shakey and knew I needed to stop. Autophagy fasting is so good for the body so I keep the benefits in mind while doing an extended fast especially when it gets to be tough.
