I probably wouldn’t have even noticed the ATHs today if I hadn’t gotten the coin market cap alerts. I should probably delete the app.

Yes it's quite sane ro delete these apps amd shortcuts if the price is too much stressful or taking too much of your attention.
But it's so hard to do so. I did it a couple of times but I always come back during bull or extreme bear seasons.
