KYC isn’t necessary on X. I think only if you want to get monetised.

You cannot use it without fone number.. So it is KYC

In uk you can buy a SIM card for few pounds - burner phone.

But I get what are you trying to say.

One should have a close look on what technically happens when you stick a SIM Card into your fone, even if it's just one time.

Fair, you can have burner phone for £15. But you shouldn’t have to do it.
