Republic of China's 🇹🇼 constitution does make it difficult for Taiwanese to take control, it's setup in a way that makes the 113year old constitution hard to change. Taiwanese are still chipping away at it 🥳 for example it'd take an almost impossible 3/4th legislature to make amendments, Taiwanese are kinda stuck with the Republic of China
