Re: Fruit till noon

On the daily? Every other day? Once a week?

Every day until lean. Most don't need more than 90 days. Fat falls off fast.

If you *really* wanted to accelerate things, have a cup of bone broth with extra collagen for dinner and that's it.

Thoughts on issues of glucose spikes from only eating the fruit? This question is channeling Jessie InchauspΓ©'s work.

Insulin isn't the problem. Insulin is great. The problem is poor insulin uptake, aka insulin resistance.

If you consume fruit in the absence of protein and fat, your body will be forced to use it as fuel. This concept is similar to "fat adaptation" in the keto world. You can think of it as "sugar adaptation ".

It will make you insulin sensitive, since your cells will need to change their state to listen for insulin in order to take in blood glucose to produce energy.

If your sugar metabolism is completely broken from lipid peroxidation (seed oils), which many people's are, then I recommend a thiamine-forward B complex to repair it.

Objective Nutrient's ThiActive B packs two highly bioavailable forms of thiamine (ttfd, benfotiamine) which can help turn your glucose metabolism back on. It's available on Amazon, too.

Thanks!
