I can’t really unless the room it’s in is blasted with exceptionally cool air
also, I upgrade mine with noctua fans all the way

got one with an icetower heatsink, both with noctua fans. the icetower doesn’t seem to make a big difference. what helped most was hanging them up (just by twist ties) so they have air flow on all sides (and no casing)
I find it doesn't really put out much hot air but maybe if you overclock it does 👀
