I got addicted to alcohol and cigarettes while serving in the military. Did a 30 day rehab. Still drank afterwards. Accepted the fact I'd lose my wife and my kids would hate me.

Since becoming 🍊💊 I quit alcohol.

Quiting cigs today. Root for me.

I put down the vape rig about 4 months ago. I am coming around to the idea that alcohol is just as big a shitcoin as nicotine.
