You can do this. my last was Apr 26, so 2 mos, 2 days ago.
There must be a why. For me, it was a serious conversation I had with my adult 18 yo daughter. I can't object to her asking me to stick around for a while longer. Even after that conversation, it took almost a full year for me to get to the point where I could actually quit.
Don't substitute other nicotines, that doesn't work, just makes you addicted to something else. No vapes, no pouches, nothing.
Don't beat yourself up if you screw up. It may happen a couple times. let it go, reset your date, remind yourself of your why, and start over. My path wasn't the smoothest - my last was Apr 26. I think I started quitting on April 20th.
If you want to check in with me, or all of #nostr, we'll be right here. Not judging, but happy to hold you accountable and remind you that we've got your back. Every damn day. Even if you fuck up. Just keep doing the work, and job will get done.
