He was probably made part of the team so their would be deniability, but I doubt he took the kill shot.
I have shot 30.06 it is a beast of a weapon. Not sure a 4 inch target at 200+yards is possible for the suspect
we're supposed to believe shooting targets is easy. I mean, Americans are good at guns, right?
As a rifle enthusiast for many years (I also load ammunition for .308, etc) if I understand correctly there was a single shot. That seems highly unlikely to me.
