What’s a good ratio of ground beef to liver? Making my own ground beef out of a chuck roast.

I've tried 20% and found it to be too much. 10% is better for my family.

Thanks! We just mixed up a small batch at 30%. Might end up diluting that!

I think it really depends on if you like the taste in general.
