My friend had a large party today, with about 60 people for his son's graduation party. My friend's Blackstone wasn't working properly, it wouldn't get hot, so I took over for him so he could host and greet family.
I ended up fixing the Blackstone, their was a problem with the propane regulator pressure IMO, and I cooked about 60 burgers and probably two dozen hotdogs. It was fun! 🤣 That Blackstone was awesome.
I love my Weber grill, but man that thing is nice.
Blackstone is awesome for big meals. I can cook the whole family a pancake breakfast all at the same time.

Bit of a waste if you just want to cook yourself a steak though 😄
could never using BBQ , and I dislike the smoke coming out from BBQ .
