Tricep extensions 50 lbs

Seated row 60 lbs

Tricep rope push downs 35 lbs

Overhead tri extensions 35 lbs

Face pull 45 lbs

Prior to the gym; 6 km skating

Yes!!! I’m loving skating on the lake. I did 27 kms last week!

Epic! I snowshoe in the winter, row the lake in the summer.
