If I get someone to stop watching cable news and start watching a podcast instead, is that the same thing because its being delivered by someone else?

• PayPal and WOS are not at all the same thing. PayPal is KYC, PayPal is deeply political and scrutinizes your transactions, PayPal has a miserable "onboarding experience" and is riddled with a million+ stories of people getting locked for donating to the wrong charity or for no good reason at all.

• WOS is custodial. This is the only meaningful characteristic it shares with PayPal.

• I am not trying to onboard them to Bitcoin self custody at the very start. I'm not even trying to. I'm trying to get them to feel how *little* friction money *could* have by having them touch the very edge of a new ecosystem and technology. I want it with the lowest friction possible

• I am not teaching them a course. I do not even want them to remember anything. I want the money to speak for itself. Because when they have an awesome experience they will then ASK me about it, and I'll happily oblige.

Yegor, mad respect mad, but tell me how my story above that I shared should've gone that produces a better or even equal *result* (which is someone who likes bitcoin and holds their own keys) without giving me a lesson in Bitcoin kindergarten like I just got here 3 days ago.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to teach anyone how to onboard lol I just think that we can do a better job by explaining trade offs of none custodial wallets and channels with liquidity.(in new phoenix beta it’s much more easier now)

My points are:👇

We don’t know about WOS and other custodial wallets anything! What about it’s a state owned companies as well👀

Here is a few recent examples why it should be avoided:

Me and you have been in this space for a while and saw the rug pulls like every cycle cause people are stick with “easy way” by holding their sats on exchanges.

Also, take a look on this chart. Isn’t it concerning ?
