well fasting says it's cleaning your body right

getting rid of unnecessary and such, restore

your mind is part of your body too

only logical

one day fast can definitely clean your body of excess water, salt and other bullshit.

going past that brings no further benefits, but carries a lot of muscle loss which is hard to put back on
