Nah I’ve been pretty weak my whole life. My body definitely has changed since I started the challenge, but I also do other things besides pushups. Strongest I’ve ever been, feel better than ever, and I’m an old man. Join us.

Push and pull!!! Good to hear you also do other exercises. I would also join but don't have that spunky youth anymore and need longer recovery. I workout a muscle group only once a week and switch between push-ups, legs, pull-ups, sit-ups, and shoulders. Isometerics & calisthenics is the way!

Yep. Pushups is just my daily warmup. On rest days I only do pushups and walk 10k steps. 🫡
