Only gets harder as you get older

Did you figure out any solution?

lol just eat eggs and beef

Yes, eating much more protein during my eating window tha n I normally do... and cutting out the choclate... completely (especially after dinner)

Modern problems call for modern solutions: peptides!

Would love an article on this subject and your experiences.

Coming in a couple months.

Looking forward to this!

Pretty deep peptide infos peppered throughout Reddit… https://www.reddit.com/r/Peptides/comments/17ebmcb/what_worked_best_for_muscle_growth/

What Peptides are you interested in? :)

Try carnivore

I've had pretty good success while cutting. Not easy, though. Feels like a full time job.

The dificulty depends exclusive on your genetics.

What do modern times have to do with it? I think it would have been much harder even 50 years ago not to mention 200 years ago.

The food.

Why? You can buy everything you could buy 50 Years ago. And you have a lot more options now. Sure, the standart american diet is terrible, but you don't have to eat that stuff.

When most people say something like this they lie and don't state all their conditions. The truth would be more like:

> Building muscle while trying to stay lean and eat junk, and eat out, and drink, and not actually do any exercise and never go out in the sun and watch 3 hours of TV a day might be one of the hardest things to do in modern times.
