The level of obedience to stop lights and little green man seems to correlate inversely with the perception of authoritarianism of the government
- high authoritarianism; ignore green man
- low perception; stop for green man
This stops being true I'ma surveillance state when you are punished for non-compliance
The green man isnt a psyop, it just indicates a general level of awareness about all other surveillance tech.
i. e. I hate my government; I will ignore green man in protest
