Never be ashamed of going to bed early, or enjoy a well deserved nap. For there will be times in your life when you wished you did.

Being well-rested makes one more efficient and forward-thinking, which quickly "earns back" time spent sleeping.

I remember back in the day once getting two-and-a-half hours sleep on a four-day exercise. Even the simplest things are hard and inefficient then.
