been walking 2+ miles at least 4+ days/wk for the last year & haven't lost a pound. My clothes fit a bit better but this is super discouraging. I've been eating a bit better (trying carnivor). I'm realizing that diet is at least 90% of the battle. Any tips? #plebchain

If you run instead of walk you will boost your metabolism, burn more calories.
