Ah you mean dune movies. Yes. Very complex story/universe to bring to the big screen. Graphic novel would have made more sense
The documentary shows that all of his complex/grandiose ideas were brought to his graphic novels. That’s how I discovered Jodorowsky as a teen, through his graphic novels. I was looking into buying the whole serie I liked after watching the documentary yesterday. So good
Oh wow. Don't know crap about jodorosky. Graphic novel would be a cool format for it... sounds expensive to buy, but that's why we stack. Get on that, and review it!

When I first read it I thought wow this has elements of Star Wars, dune, alien and a lot of great sci fi. He made a great mashup of these concepts. Only to realize that all these ideas came from Jodorowsky. Brilliant. Really enjoyed the documentary. He’s so passionate. He was 84 at the time of the making of the doc and seemed so young. Very smart
He’s 96 now. Last I heard he was working on another documentary. Started in 2022. It had financing and everything. Not much news about it these days. But I mean he’s 96. Might not do another one.
Sorry but I'm confused. Jodorowsky made a doc about himself making a movie in 70s? And he also wrote a graphic novel that's similar to dune? So lost my apologies

Lynch’s Dune came out in ‘84. That one was green lit when Jodorowsky’s failed
