2️⃣ Thanks to nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn 's WoT score in Coracle i'm asking myself the question: "Why even show anything besides the name of people you alreday follow?". You could just limit it to showing the WoT score for the users you don't follow.
Need feedback on some Chat ideas:
1️⃣ Have the replies to message in a slide-up drawer https://cdn.satellite.earth/07e04621a56f121850a3943811e267a5da6ca8ce12b2cf231c303c1d991ebd11.mov
Having the UI flow like this would combine the best of Telegram and Slack/Nostrchat. At for the structure lover in me 😉.

3️⃣ Could this kind of chat in some case replace a comment section? nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z is making me a Chat maximalist so I'm wondering where that would be appropriate.
A chat is just a comment section that is only 1 level deep. so in a way its just a different way of rendering replies
Exactly why in asking.
On microblog ging apps it's too late for that (more levels, twitter-threads)
But I think it can be great for some new nostr use cases:
- flockstr events
- nostrocket problems
- stemstr tracks
- WA lake
...
It's visually better but I think in practice people in a chat group hate missing messages that were posted in the reply stack. This happens to me all the time on Slack and I hate it.
They don't have notifications for that? Been awhile since I used it.
I have two solutions in mind for this. Will sketch asap.
