By the way I have an FTTH to ethernet converter that I don't use anymore, if you can use FTTH but I see VDSL so not sure you could use it, depending on your service provider option.

If interested it's a TP-Link MC220L with a TL-SM321B (1000Base-BX WDN Bi-Directional SFP Module).

Nobody want it in Switzerland because it's limited to 1Gbit/s but all provider offer 10GBit/s now.

If you or anyone is interested I can sell it for cheap, I have to check shipping cost in EU.

You have 10gbit in Switzerland? 16k video steams?

In some cities yes, but not in my town, I have "only" 300/30Mbit/s and it cost 50% more than the 10Gbits... Some 10Gbits offer start at 40-50€ per month during blackfriday or chrsitmas sales.

It's basically a gimmick as even the provided router barely reach 6-7Gbits, which is already way too much for most users anyway.

There is even a provider offering 25Gbits symetrical, the monthly cost is the same than 10GBits (about 70€ per month) but you have to buy your own hardware and the cheapest compatible switch is more than 700€ + some 250€ one time setup fee for the 25GB fiber. So you really need to be an enthousiast homelab amateur.
