One of the greatest productivity boosts I've discovered has been having my AI interview me about how to improve any complex workflow.
It looks like this:
SETUP: Give AI your objective ("improve my production process"), AI generates interview questions based on workflow stages
METHOD: Structured voice interview where AI asks questions sequentially through your entire workflow (you respond via voice transcription for speed)
1. Walk through the process chronologically, one question at a time
2. Capture time spent, tools used, and what's frustrating/manual
3. Identify gaps: what you have vs. what you actually use
4. Note where you're "winging it" or working from memory
5. Synthesize into ranked opportunities: biggest time sinks = highest ROI
RESULT: Prioritized automation roadmap with projected savings.
NEXT STEP: Pick highest-impact opportunity from roadmap and have AI build the template/workflow/automation immediately (e.g., "create the outreach email templates" or "build the social copy factory for this transcript").
