In think you are too biased in your view. Couldn’t it be possible in this world with 6 billion people that you were able to find someone who actually liked working with porn and that person deserved the same kind of respect like the rest of us? Couldn’t you also find users user absolutely adore whatever porn stars they are into and think they are awesome? I could imagine it would sound crazy to you. I mean I totally respect your view and to some extent I understand it, but I wouldn’t judge people for living on other standards.

My point is misuse of a thing doesn't negate its purpose and essence. You're making the assumption that porn isn't inherently exploitative and then coming up with exceptions to justify your position. But just think of how much money the porn industry makes, and on what type of person. Porn is actively disruptive to the ability for people in general to respect women. Why defend it unless you think the debauchery porn represents is a positive good? And I know many people do believe that, out of some kind of liberalism - porn "frees" us from the repression of established power structures and arbitrary moralities designed to uphold them. The only problem is that that is total crap.
