I legit had one guy purposely send me crappy builds cuz he wanted me to come over to his desk and show him where he'd gone wrong.

Took me a while, to catch on that he was the lead engineer and just liked me leaning across to share the keyboard and point to things on the screen.

Ended up dating him.
