I use Aqua to swap from lightning to mainchain when I DCA. It is really simple to use. Would like to see swap directly to cold wallet, so it is not needed to make two onchain transactions.

I use Boltz exchnage for this. You put in the address you want the btc to go to and pay the swap lightning invoice so the swap only involves one on chain transaction. Can be done the other way around as well.
